Do you issue VAT invoices to companies?
Yes. The VAT invoice is issued to the company details you provide in the order.
How is a larger order shipped?
We ship larger orders on a pallet from Poland. We state the cost and delivery date in the offer.
Will you help match a storage system to my inverter?
Yes. Enter your inverter model in the form and we will check which storage system will fit. You can also use the online storage sizing tool.
What is the Master BMS needed for?
The Master BMS provides communication between the storage system and the inverter. It works only with BMZ modules and is already included in the 30 kWh set.
What warranty applies to wholesale purchases?
We give a 2-year own Smart Energy ESS warranty on all products. The warranty is provided by the shop, not the manufacturer.
Can I buy 21700 cells in larger quantities?
Yes. We sell EVE INR21700-50E cells from 10 pieces. For larger quantities, write to us and we will prepare a quote.
