Shipping

We ship from Poland. Goods in stock are dispatched the next day. For made-to-order products we give the delivery date after you place the order.

Shipping cost: 200 PLN per order (pallet shipping within Poland).

Accessories (e.g. connectors, BMZ Master BMS): courier, 15 PLN per order. If the cart also contains an energy storage system or another product shipped on a pallet, pallet shipping applies (200 PLN). You will see the exact cost in the cart before you pay. Shipping to other EU countries is quoted individually – contact us before ordering and we will confirm the cost and delivery time.

Payment

You will see the available payment methods at checkout. We accept:

  • payment card, Apple Pay and Google Pay,
  • Przelewy24 (fast online bank transfer, Poland),
  • bank transfer,
  • cash on delivery (Poland only).

Returns and warranty

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. You will find the details in the Returns Policy. We give a 2-year own seller’s warranty on the whole range.
